By accessing the Appfiz website (appfiz.com) or using our client onboarding systems, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must exit our systems immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Appfiz delivers digital design, local maps search visibility (SEO/NAP), and technical custom programming. All service parameters, package prices, and expected growth strategies are detailed on specific agreement schedules dispatched via our agent dashboard.

3. User Access Control and Onboarding Officer Rules

Access to agent resources and order forms require strict validation parameters:

• Agents must complete one-click verification and enter passcodes (OTP) sent to administration targets.
• You may not use or share validation passcodes to access files outside your assigned campaign bounds.
• We reserve the right to suspend portal access immediately upon detection of credential sharing or malicious scripts.

4. Payment & Billing Parameters

Clients must provide accurate website domains, email logs, and contact details during order entries. Payments are processed MoM (Monthly Retainer) or One-Time based on selected packages. Late payments will yield campaign pauses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we carry out best-practice optimization strategies, search indexing rankings fluctuate based on Google algorithm changes. Appfiz does not guarantee absolute SGE visibility or maps positioning scores, but commits to high-quality code and citation delivery.
